Dr. Richard A. Debs is an advisory director of Morgan Stanley and a member of its international advisory board. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1976 as the founding president of Morgan Stanley International to develop the investment bank’s international business, now a major part of its activities. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Debs served as the chief operating officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
